Broughton Rugby Club Sponsorship Packages

The Club

Broughton RFC was founded in 1924 and while we are currently in Division 5 of the National Leagues, we have the ambition and the facilities to progress to a much higher level.  Our Club has always maintained a high profile in the Rugby fraternity and we can reach our goals with your help.  We have been running Mini and Midi rugby for the last 8 years and we currently have approximately 70 kids in this section who range from 6 - 15 years of age.  This season, it is hoped to start an Under 16's team.

All Broughton RFC coaching staff are qualified through the Scottish Rugby Union.

Our Pre-International Lunch which is held before the English, Welsh and Irish internationals on alternate years is the envy of many Clubs.  Our speakers of the recent years have include Finlay Calder, Roger Baird, Kenny & Iain Milne, Sean Lineen, Peter Wright, Jim Fleming and Gary Parker to name but a few.

Our Clubrooms also house regular meeting facilities for the Edinburgh High Constable and the East of Scotland Boxing Association.  We also host the Bi-annual Edinburgh v Irish Insurances dinner.

Our Club also has an Association with Edinburgh Academicals RFC and Trinity Academicals RFC.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR SPONSORSHIP

We are currently seeking sponsorship on a variety of levels and can offer the following range of benefits in exchange.  These can be tailored to match individual needs.  Some examples are listed below:

SPONSORSHIP OF MATCH BALL - £50

The Sponsor's name will be displayed in the Clubhouse on match day and he or she and one other guest will be entertained to pre-match drinks and the facilities of the committee room after the game.

SPONSORSHIP OF HOME MATCHES - £100 to £150

The Sponsor's name will be displayed in the Clubhouse prior to the game.  The Sponsor, and up to three guests will be entertained to pre-match drinks and a post match buffet and drinks.  Additional Sponsors guests can be accommodated at an extra cost of £25 per head.  Sponsors literature can be displayed in the Club to raise awareness.  Sponsors of home matches will be entitled to hire the Clubhouse for private functions at a charge of £25 (50% of current charge).

SPONSORSHIP OF 9 AWAY MATCHES - £600 to £850

Sponsors of the Away Matches will have a permanent display board within the Club with their company details.  You will have the facility to introduce your products / services to Club Members throughout your period of sponsorship.  Unlimited free use of the Club for a private function.  As a main sponsor, you will receive four invitations to the Club's Annual Dinner.  There is also the opportunity to purchase a table (9 places) for the Pre-International lunch and the opportunity to purchase International Tickets.

SPONSORSHIP OF THE CLUB - £1500 to £2000

Sponsorship of the Club will have the opportunity to display their name and logo on the 1st XV strip. You will have the facility to introduce your products / services to Club Members throughout your period of sponsorship.  Unlimited free use of the Club for a function.  As a main sponsor, you will receive four invitations to the Club's Annual Dinner.  There is also the opportunity to purchase a table (9 places) for the Pre-International lunch and the opportunity to purchase International Tickets. Entertainment for the sponsor and two guests at all home league games.  A local press release publicising sponsorship.  Corporate membership of the Club.
